Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error), in which case we refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately; if we spot a genuine error we'll let you know before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of UK, and disputes are subject to its courts. As a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
